Welcome, and thank you for choosing to stay with us. Our homes are designed with care to provide comfort, relaxation, and a memorable stay. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the Terms & Conditions below. By completing your reservation, you agree to abide by these rules.

House Rules

1. Cleanliness & Check-Out

   • We place top priority on cleanliness and ask guests to respect the home. Before departure, please load all dishes into the dishwasher with detergent (under the sink) and run it the evening prior to checkout. Our cleaning team will put them away in the morning.

   • Our standard cleaning fee is based on respectful guest use. In cases of excessive mess or neglect, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

2. No Pets, Smoking, or Parties

   • Please remember that no pets, smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, disruptive drunken behavior, glitter, confetti, or parties are permitted in or around the property.

   • Violations may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund, something we would never want to happen.

   • A fee of $200 per night will apply if pets are brought onto the premises or if smoking/vaping occurs.

3. Noise & Gatherings

   • Loud music, events, or disruptive behavior are not allowed. Our homes are designed for relaxation and respectful enjoyment.

4. Guest Age & Local Restrictions

   • Guests must be 25 years or older to book certain properties.

   • Some homes restrict bookings from local residents within 50 miles without prior written permission.

5. Property-Specific Rules

   • In music-inspired homes, instruments on the floor in stands may be played and enjoyed by guests. Instruments mounted on walls are for visual enjoyment only and should not be touched.

Reservation Termination

Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your stay without refund. These guidelines are in place to protect our homes and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every guest.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the property.
