House Notes: Please remember that no pets, glitter, confetti or parties, as well as no smoking may occur in or around our home. To do so will result in an immediate termination of your reservation without return of money and of course that would never be anything we would ever want. We designed our home specifically for great guests like you to come and enjoy our guest house while still respecting it. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules: • This is a smoke-free and substance-free space – smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or disruptive drunken behavior are not permitted. A fee of $200 per night will apply if this rule is broken. • We love pets, but unfortunately, our property is not pet-friendly due to allergies and for the respect of future guests. A $200 per night fee will apply if pets are brought onto the premises. • We maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Our cleaning fee is based on respectful and considerate guest behavior. In cases of excessive mess or neglect, an additional cleaning charge may apply.
